Mr and Mr: The Business Edition with Nick Frow and Gerry Cottle Jnr
Some of you may have seen our Gezza gracing the BBC Business section recently which was pretty cool, but truth be told it left a lot of questions unanswered. That’s why we sat Gerry down with his business partner Nick to play Mr and Mr: The Business Edition.
The premise is simple; we asked our two Rooftop overlords a series of questions and let them, unbeknownst to the other, decide who was the most likely perpetrator. Is it (business) love? Join us on a journey through GIFs with outdoor cinema’s first gentlemen.
Are we ready, chaps? Let’s begin.
Who has the best job?
Aww Nick, u ok hun?
Who would be most likely to secure a big Rooftop deal?
#Predictable.
Who would be most likely to make a risky business decision?
Nick: “100% accurate.”
Who’s a better manager?
We couldn’t possibly comment.
Who would be most likely to forget to pick up their kids?
Guilty as charged.
Who swears the most?
“That’s a fucking good question,” according to Nick.
Who is the most organised?
We’re just going to refer back to Nick forgetting to pick up his kids here.
Who paid for dinner on your first business date?
And Gerry’s been paying ever since…
Who would be most likely to stay late in the office?
Gold star for Nick.
Who can drink the most?
Legend has it that tequila magically manifests when Gerry clicks his heels together three times.
Who works harder?
Again, we couldn’t possibly comment…
Who’d be most likely to initiate a bro hug?
Gerry Cuddle Jnr
Who is more likely to deal with a spider?
Wimps.
Who would be most likely to download Pokemon Go?
We can confirm neither have the app on their phone yet. Slowpokes.
Who’s on the phone more?
Cottle loves a good waffle.
Who has the weirdest orgasm face?
:O
Who wears the trousers?
Who could say no to that face?
Who’d be most likely to buy the other flowers on valentines day?
Business…romance…BROMANCE
Who would be most likely to make a fool out of themselves in front of clients?
Gerry did used to be a professional clown, after all.
Who has the best sense of humour?
The shaaaaaaade of it all!
Who would be most likely to make an extravagant drunken purchase?
Elvis memorabilia, and lots of it.
Who would be most likely to forget about an important meeting?
Nick may look the part with his pressed white shirt, but he hasn’t quite yet mastered iCalendar.
Who’s got better taste in film?
Point Gez
Who do you think Team RFC likes more?
WE’LL NEVER TELL!!!
Who has the worst temper?
Roar.
Who’s the most presentable?
“Going by today I’d give it that, wouldn’t you?” Yes Gez, today and every day.
Who has a messier desk?
Affirmative.
Who’s got a higher libido?
Like we said, that BBC Business article left a lot of the big questions unanswered.
Who knows the most about film?
That’s why Gerry’s hair is so big – it’s full of film knowledge.
Who’s more likely to pull a sickie?
Lightening-quick response from Nick there.
Who’s most likely to cry during a film?
Titanic gets him every time.
Who gets their way the most?
Gerry, your smug is showing.
Who is the cleverest?
Typical.
Who makes the best cup of tea?
He may have founded Rooftop Film Club but considering his notable absence of tea making at RFC HQ, we can’t help but wonder; does Gerry know how to use a kettle?
Who takes the longest to get ready in the morning?
Rumour has it that Nick sleeps in his socks just to stay one step ahead of the game.
Who’s the big spoon?
Nick: “I’m usually the receiver.” Ahem.
Which one of you is the bad cop?
Both have their moments…
Who’d win in a fight?
Nick: “Never get into a fight with a clown.”
With this sage advice from Nick, that’s a wrap on our first rooftop instalment of Mr & Mr: The Business Edition. Don’t forget you can tweet us over @rooftopfilmclub if you’ve got any burning questions for Nick and Gerry. Keep it clean. Well, y’know, if you want to.
