Together with our friends at Little White Lies, we’re excited to welcome director Desiree Akhavan for a Q&A and a special preview of her new film, before it hits cinemas.
A moving coming-of-age tale that combines shades of The Breakfast Club and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest with a fresh LGBT voice, The Miseducation of Cameron Post won the Grand Jury Prize at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, and features a career-best performance from Chloë Grace Moretz.
And, as part of our Women in Film series, we’ve also teamed up with Desiree Akhavan to select some of her favourite female-driven films, screening every Tuesday in August:
